The existence of mobbing in companies isn’t an unusual phenomenon and by perceiving the existence of mobbing and its consequences on employees, company and society on the whole, MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ has taken specific steps to create a base for preventive actions through education. In that attempt we were supported, for almost a year, by ‘’STOP MOBBING’’ Association, which has a Protocol signed with MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ on cooperation and mutual support. A desire and need of members of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ and ‘’Nezavisnost’’ BU of TLF from Subotica have been realized by organizing a Seminar on Mobbing, and the lecturer was the President of ‘’STOP MOBBING’’ Association, Mr. Aleksandar Ilic. The result of the Seminar is trained trade union representatives which have learned about mobbing, how it occurs, who are the mobbers and who the victims, how to recognize and act preventively, so that mobbing does not occur.
