Mutual trust and observing the agreement in ’’ATB SEVER’’ Subotica continued

The endeavors of ’’Nezavisnost’’ Union of ’’ATB SEVER’’ and full understanding of the Executive Management of ’’ATB SEVER’’ resulted in a series of successful agreements, and one should especially stress the signing of the Annex to the Collective Agreement on the amount of vacation allowance for 2008 and modality of payment.

The agreed net amount of Din. 20.000 is considerably higher compared to vacation allowance paid out for 2007. The decision on working out of this Annex was reached through the fulfillment of obligation undertaken in June 2007 when signing the Annex on vacation allowance for 2007, and on that occasion the General Director of ’’ATB SEVER’’ Paul Platzer said that the vacation allowance for 2008 would be in the amount of average pay in ’’ATB SEVER’’ of December 2007. This promise was accepted by ’’Nezavisnost’’ Union and it turned out that it was really kept and Paul Platzer’s word meant much more than the words and promises we listened to for years, said and made by representatives of the domestic management.

The ’’Nezavisnost’’ Union is convinced that we can reach the objective only through partner relations with much mutual trust, and that is better status of all employees and of ’’ATB SEVER’’. The commencement of negotiations concerning the labor cost for the first half of 2008 is expected soon.
