THE ’’NEZAVISNOST’’ UNION SECURED ANNIVERSARY AWARDS

The interceding of ’’Nezavisnost’’ Union in RTB Bor, lasting several months, that employees should exercise their right to anniversary award (jubilee) is entering the final phase.

As the area of anniversary award payment has not been regulated in a proper way under Collective Agreements within RTB Bor, it is necessary that the managers of organizational units of RTB Bor make a decision by which this issue shall be regulated in a formal and legal way in line with the Labor Law and company’s enactments. The executive management suggests payment of Din. 10.000,00 to all RTB Bor employees. The payment of anniversary awards is planned in November this year.

The ’’Nezavisnost’’ Union assumes a position that employees deserved this award.
