A.D. INTERLEMIND, LESKOVAC
AN OPEN LETTER TO THE GENERAL DIRECTOR

Leskovac, May 25, 2007.-‘’We have conducted the negotiations for concluding the ICA for almost six months.We consider your proposal, that the Board of Directors of A. D. INTERLEMIND should determine the labor cost for the simplest work, insulting, humiliating and contrary to provisions of the Labor Law. Namely, the Labor Law clearly defines that employment rights and obligations are regulated under the C.A., on which a representative Union and employer make an agreement, but you and your negotiating team are persistently disregarding this’’, it has been said in the open letter written by Stanislav Krasic,
regional trustee of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’.

The response to the provisions of the ICA on earnings and allowances (benefits), forwarded to you by the representative Unions’ negotiating team on May 10, 2007, raised several issues in A. D. INTERLEMIND. There has been no production for 3 months already, but we are aware of the fact that without production and creation of new values there will be no potential and means for normal operations and existence of the Joint Stock Company and employees.

Besides respecting everybody’s struggle for survival, we think that former managers’ team, led by you, achieved enviable results through experience in production and management, by increasing the production level 4-5 times compared to earlier period, introducing the 9001-2000 ISO Standard, as well as awarding a medallion by the Regional Chamber of Commerce from Leskovac as the most successful Joint Stock Company in 2006 in the south of Serbia.

As far as the negotiations for concluding the C.A. are concerned, we hereby ask you to change your proposals and attitudes, and that ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Union is willing to contribute fully to solving problems that arose, to mutual satisfaction, through Union’s negotiating team, it has been said at the end of this Union’s open letter sent to the General Director of A.D. Interlemind, Leskovac.
