CABLE FACTORY ZAJECAR

INVESTMENTS IN THE FACTORY

Zajecar, February 28, 2007. Two metal producing companies, in which the MWBU ’’Nezavisnost’’ has its members, give little hope for difficult economic situation in Zajecar on the whole. The Cable Factory Zajecar, as an important potential of the economy, stabilized itself after the arrival of ’’East Point’’ regarding business operations, and it has the characteristics of a successful and prosperous company through its business and organizational activities.

Increased production and significant investments of ’’East Point’’ in the CFZ, resulted in an increase of employees’ earnings. The earnings will permanently be the subject of interest of the ’’Nezavisnost’’ Trade Union of the CFZ, and the activities directed towards striving for better employees’ salaries are going on. The executive management and especially the trade union have clearly stated their opinion concerning the activities associated with the improvement of job safety, and this area will be especially highlighted, within the relations between the executive management and the ’’Nezavisnost’’ Trade Union of CFZ in the following period.

It is praiseworthy to note the stimulations deriving from earnings tax balance, but the ’’Nezavisnost’’ Trade Union will make a proposal as to how this money should be reallocated in the future. The opinion of the Ministry of Labor is expected until the final decision is reached, which is competent for employees’ earnings. Viewed on the whole, a favorable opinion can be given of business operations in the CFZ, as well as of a higl-level and comprehensive cooperation that the director Dragan Cvetkovic and a majority owner Zoran Drakulic have with the ’’Nezavisnost’’ Trade Union at all levels.
