FOREIGN INVESTORS CAN COUNT ON THE FUNDS FROM THE INVESTMENTS FUND
DINKIC’S SUPPORT TO FOREIGN INVESTMENTS

Minister of the economy and regional development, Mladjan Dinkic, with associates, visited GOSA – Rolling Stock Factory. After the talks to company management in the course of which business operations in 2007 and business plans for 2008 were presented to him, Minister Dinkic visited the production facilities and gave a statement for the public that the employer invested considerable funds in the development and that the mentioned Factory would be able to use the funds from the Investment Fund in 2008. On that occasion, he expressed his gratitude to Slovak government, because it didn’t recognize unilateral proclamation of Kosovo independence, and for investing significant funds in the development of Serbia.

In the talks to representative trade unions of the Rolling Stock Factory, the Chief Trustee of ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Union, Ljubomir Savic, called the Minister’s attention to insufficient observance of the Labor Law and applicable Collective Agreement with the employer, in the company. At this statement, Minister Dinkic replied that his Ministry (legal expert team) would render assistance in solving the problem of application of the Law and Collective Agreements, and he requested immediate solving of this problem by the employer.

The ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Trade Union of the Rolling Stock Factory thanked Minister Dinkic for his understanding of trade union’s demands and support and assistance that he promised.
