BELGRADE REGION – A CHANCE AND OBLIGATION

The MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ and Branch Union of TLF ‘’Nezavisnost’’ initiated a Seminar on Mobbing. Mr. Aleksandar Ilic of ‘’Stop Mobbing’’ Association gave a lecture on this subject. The representatives of regional trustee offices had the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of Mobbing phenomenon, be informed about current legal framework referring to Mobbing, as well as of the mode of implementing Mobbing in a company. The action of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ called ‘’May I ask you’’ was also promoted and representatives of privatized companies received the questionnaires they should hand in to employees.

Also, the Report of activities and operations in 2007 was presented, which was adopted unanimously, and a proposal of activities in 2008 was submitted by Miodrag Gvozdenovic, regional trustee for Belgrade Region.
