THE UBU ‘’NEZAVISNOST’’ HEADQUARTERS ACT IN A DICTATOR’S MANNER INSTEAD OF GIVING ADVICES

Workers democracy is not anarchy. It is the will of the majority. The headquarters itself is a Workers Organization on the national level and its Leadership is an expression of will of the majority. The relationship of headquarters and its members is a relationship between a section and a whole.

Sections must have their own autonomy and conflicts between a ‘’section and a whole’’ are settled by the decision of the majority. Conflicts within the organization are settled within the organization itself. The role of headquarters can only be advisory and it must not be entitled to appointment and suspension. A special attention has to be devoted to Regional Trustee Offices and leadership and headquarters roles.
