A question is put as to the image of real unionist leader. A person that should be on this position must be able to manage unionist operations, take care of members and funds, associates, different information and of itself. A unionist leader must be communicative and be able to cope with any situation. Any aggression has to be eliminated, as well as indecent vocabulary, vanity and revenge…
The ethics of a unionist leader means:
1. Leader’s institutional ethics (observance of the Statute, respect of Branch Trade Unions, Leading Committees, Presidency).
2. Professional ethics means good business manners.
THE UBU ‘’NEZAVISNOST’’ CULTURE
A unionist organization within this type of trade union is based on the central figure (a person employing those similar to it, which does not tolerate disagreement and opposition. It considers itself to be beyond laws and rules. It sees God in itself and not a human being. Others are to blame for everything and all the other people make mistakes and it does not. Such people are toadies, irresolute persons, false authorities, ignorant persons, alcoholics, materialists, people without character and personality.
CULTURE OF MWBU ‘’NEZAVISNOST’’ OPERATIONS
Trade Union operation goes on in compliance with the rules, where the President is the one who maintains order. He provides security for members but also has the right to make mistakes. Unionist needs of members are the base for planning further choice and commitment. There is also a PARLOR type of Trade Union. Those are old unionists not speaking unionist language, staying abroad for several months, not submitting any report, and membership dues paid by Serbian workers, earned by their hard work, he spends easily.
BLACK MAGIC – REMAINING ON POWER
When at a meeting someone asks a question on where and for what purpose the money was spent, what is the amount of salary of the one being on the highest position in trade union, they consider you a demon. Then, neither rights nor the Statute are valid. Attack was always the best way of defense and the black magic of stay on power.
