FAVORABLE COMPROMISE SOLUTIONS WITH FULL OBSERVANCE OF THE UBU ‘’NEZAVISNOST’’ STATUTE
COMMON STAND OF THE MWBU ‘’NEZAVISNOST’’ LEADING COMMITTEE CONFIRMED

Special Session of the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee enabled that common stand of the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee on ‘’six resolutions’’ could be confirmed to the members of the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Presidency, which the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee rejected and brought about the convening of the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee. The members of the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee stated their opinion frankly supported with arguments, and a conclusion could be drawn that it would be really difficult for UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee to explain the reasons and motives that led to non-acceptance of resolutions of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’. A conclusion that resulted in making a decision by the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee reflected the seriousness of the members of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee and present members of UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Presidency.

The MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee reached a decision on the necessity of observing the provisions of the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Statute and the resolutions of the MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee from the previous session were confirmed, which the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee rejected. The MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee shall inform the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Leading Committee about the subject of the dispute and demand its involvement in the settlement of the same. The obligation of settlement of the dispute, in a democratic procedure, within 60 days, will be fulfilled, and in the meantime, the Session of the UBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ and MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Presidency will be held at the request of MWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’.
