We wish to remind citizens (men and women) of the very nature of Women's Day which was completely disparaged and made senseless in the past decades, and we would like to induce developing of awareness of a new Trade Union's role in today's society, in constant struggle for better social and economic status of employees, viewed from several aspects, dealt with by Union Sections.

- We wish that Serbia finally gets a Law on Equality of Sexes!
- We wish that laws are observed and not violated every day, directly or
covered up!
- We wish that inspection authorities are trained for application of new
Standards contained in the regulations referring to prohibition of
discrimination!
- We wish that all forms of discrimination are clearly defined in the laws!
- We wish that people work in humane conditions without harassment
and mobing!
- Equality in employment, salaries, advancement on the job!
- We wish that Job Safety & IH Law is applied!
